What you can expect
Days usually begin with breakfast and outdoor Yin Yoga, followed by lectures, lunch and practice teaching. The curriculum covers Yin poses, philosophy, meridians, anatomy, breathwork, meditation, mantra and creative sequencing.

For certified yoga teachers or advanced Yin practitioners, not beginners. Seven nights, breakfast and lunch, tuition, course manual, local transport, airport transfers and certification are included; dinners, flights, insurance and optional treatments cost extra.
