Monique van Bemmelen and Norbert Koch lead this eight-day Yin Yoga training on Gozo. The English-language course combines outdoor practice with breathwork, meditation, anatomy and teaching skills. It is designed for yoga teachers developing their Yin teaching and experienced practitioners exploring their own sequences.
What you can expect
Morning Yin practice, lectures and afternoon practice teaching. The syllabus covers postures, anatomy, philosophy, meridians, breathwork, meditation, mantra and sequencing. The 50 hours comprise 40 guided hours and 10 hours of assignments; certification requires completing the work and passing a test.

For qualified yoga teachers and advanced practitioners. Choose one of eight courses from November 2026 to December 2027. Residential packages start at EUR 1,895; July and September cost EUR 2,095. Confirm the seasonal rate for your chosen week. Seven nights, breakfast, lunch, learning materials and Mgarr harbour transfers are included; dinner and flights are extra. Accommodation is at Quaint Boutique Hotels in Sannat or Xewkija, or Calypso Hotel in Marsalforn. Teaching is in English; vegetarian and vegan food is available. The 50 continuing-education credits are for registered yoga teachers.
