Soulful Yoga, Nature Swims & Restorative Rest in Devon
A three-day Devon retreat combining yoga, meditation, countryside walks and optional open-water swimming, with two nights’ accommodation and freshly prepared vegetarian meals.
Why it caught our eye
The mix of active mornings, restorative evening practice and unhurried time outdoors gives this weekend a clear rhythm without making every activity compulsory. We especially like that beginners are welcomed and guests may opt out of swimming or any other session.
What you can expect
Mornings begin with meditation or a silent walk, followed by yoga. The programme may include Hatha or Vinyasa flow, breathwork, restorative yoga and yoga nidra, alongside guided walks and optional swims in Dartmoor rivers, pools or the sea. The package includes two nights’ accommodation, three meals a day, drinks, local transport during the retreat and station transfers. Weather may move yoga indoors or change the outdoor programme.
Good to know before you go
Prices currently start at USD 537, with a USD 84 deposit. All activities are optional. Open-water swimming depends on weather and personal ability; the organiser does not publish detailed water-safety, supervision or medical-screening procedures, so ask before booking if you have health, mobility or water-confidence concerns. The standard menu is vegetarian; vegan meals and other dietary adaptations are available with advance notice. The historic cottage, stairs, camping and rural walks may not suit every accessibility need, and detailed accessibility information is not published. Massage and extra nights cost more. Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before arrival. Wellbeing and healing language is not a medical promise.
